Susan is the President of Crossroads Consulting Services LLC, which is based in Tampa, Florida. Susan has more than 18 years of experience providing public and private clients with advisory services related to performance improvement, market demand, contract review, lease negotiations, governance, management structure, organizational structure and staffing levels, statistical analysis and financial modeling, surveying user groups, benchmarking and economic/fiscal impact analysis for convention centers, hotels, museums, civic centers, arenas, performing arts centers, stadiums, sports complexes, amphitheaters, equestrian facilities, fairgrounds among others.

Susan previously worked with KPMG LLP's Convention, Sports and Entertainment Practice for 15 years, most recently as the National Director and Practice Leader. Prior to joining KPMG, Susan provided clients with various market and financial services as a member of the consulting division of Spectacor Management Group (SMG). Her experience also includes operations and facility management at the Miami Beach Convention Center as well as athletic facilities at the University of Virginia and Ohio University. In addition to this operational perspective, Susan provides unique insights from the user's perspective regarding operations and financial performance for entertainment events as a result of her experience with Projects West Entertainment, Inc.

Susan received her Masters Degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Virginia. Ms. Sieger's professional activities include active participation in the International Association of Assembly Managers (IAAM), the Stadium Managers Association (SMA), American Horse Council (AHC) and the Association of Luxury Suite Directors (ALSD). She has spoken at several industry conferences including the International Convention Center Conference (ICCC) and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
